How IIM Kozhikode Selects NAMP Candidates
NAMP selection is application-based. IIM Kozhikode evaluates: quality of work experience (progression, responsibility, impact), current seniority level, alignment with programme objectives (C-suite aspiration), and application/statement of purpose. There is typically a short-listing discussion or interview with IIM-K faculty.
